PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
THE COUNCIL MAY GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR LEGAL COUNSEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A.R.S.38-431.03(A) 3 TO DISCUSS ANY AGENDA ITEM. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY BE DISCUSSED, CONSIDERED AND DECISIONS MADE RELATING THERETO:

The City Council will hold its Fall strategic planning retreat on October 13-14, 2026, to discuss key focus areas and priorities: 1. Recurring funding sources and fiscal responsibility; 2. Infrastructure such as street conditions, water service line replacements, and facility improvements; 3. Securing water resources and water sustainability; and 4. Economic development opportunities, including the FAA land release area at the Industrial Park, Kingman Crossing Traffic Interchange, business retention and attraction, as well as community, state, and federal partnerships. Other topics that may be discussed are employee retention, livability, service optimization, economic prosperity, communications, partnerships (internal and external), and culture.
ADJOURNMENT
ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THE COUNCIL MEETING, WHETHER SPEAKING TO THE COUNCIL OR NOT, ARE EXPECTED TO OBSERVE THE COUNCIL RULES, AS WELL AS THE RULES OF POLITENESS, PROPRIETY, DECORUM AND GOOD CONDUCT. ANY PERSON INTERFERING WITH THE MEETING IN ANY WAY, OR ACTING RUDELY OR LOUDLY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MEETING AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN.
